Refund Policy

Transformnations offers a 100% refund on its Gold paid membership for coaches who wish to be listed on its high traffic coach Portal. If, after one year of service, Services included in the package were not fully made available for coaches through their profile within the Transformnations portal, we will refund 100% of your original payment.

In order to qualify for the refund, you MUST:

a. Record an audio interview with one of our representatives within the 30 days after the first year.

b. Complete an online form within 30 days after the 12th month from the start of your one year of service. The form will contain questions about how many clients have hired you through the Transformnations portal, how much revenue you have received from them, and list of services that was not available.

c. You will be notified via email once the form is received and when it is processed with status of your refund request.

d. Contact Transformnations within 30 days AFTER your 1st year subscription ends.

Transformnations 100% refund only applies to the gold package plan only and for the first year of subscription only. Any additional services purchased from Transformnations are NOT covered by this policy and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Transformnations100% refund can be claimed only once per lifetime per coach, within 30 days after the 12th month of subscription. If you obtain a refund and sign up for additional services, the additional services are not subject to a refund.
